The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role helps maintain accurate inventory records and supports smooth warehouse and store operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries for quantity, quality, and accuracy against purchase orders or delivery receipts.
  • Record and update received items in the inventory system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and warehouse teams regarding discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of received goods.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate receiving documentation and reports.
  • Support inventory audits, stock counts, and returns as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area.

Qualifications:
  • Vocational course graduate or fresh graduate of any course are welcome to apply.
  • With or without experience in warehouse, logistics, or store receiving (training will be provided).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
