We're looking for a Rental Administrator who can keep our studio operations running smoothly while providing excellent service to our clients. You'll be the go-to person for bookings, schedules, payments, and ensuring our space is always client-ready. If you're organized, client-focused, and can handle both admin tasks and social media, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage all studio bookings – both walk-in and online
- Oversee daily schedules for clients, shoots, and internal use
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and issue official receipts
- Communicate studio guidelines, schedules, and updates to clients clearly and professionally
- Maintain the studio's cleanliness, functionality, and readiness at all times
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and studio usage
- Implement and monitor studio policies and operating procedures
- Coordinate with in-house staff, security, and production teams
- Manage the studio's social media accounts: create posts, respond to inquiries, and promote availability
Requirements
- Experience in administrative, event coordination, or studio operations roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of payment processing, invoicing, and receipts
- Proficiency with tools like Google Calendar, Excel, and booking platforms
- Experience or interest in handling social media (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Leadership skills are a plus, especially in fast-paced or client-heavy environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is an advantage
