About the role

Join the dynamic team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative as a XIAOMI PROMOTER (PARAÑAQUE). This full-time role is based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, and offers an exciting opportunity to showcase the latest Xiaomi products to customers in a retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to promote and sell Xiaomi products
  2. Assisting customers with product demos and answering any questions they may have
  3. Maintaining a tidy and visually appealing product display area
  4. Tracking sales and inventory and reporting on key metrics
  5. Supporting marketing initiatives and events to drive Xiaomi brand awareness
  6. Collaborating with the retail team to achieve overall sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  2. Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics industry
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new Xiaomi products
  4. Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  5. Basic computer skills and the ability to use point-of-sale systems
