Estimator - Pangasinan

This job shall be primarily responsible for providing/rendering efficient and professional estimation services to the selling group of the company.

JOB SCOPE

Within the limits of company policies, programs, systems, and procedures, this job has commensurate responsibility and authority to facilitate and carry out the completion of the Job Order of the customer, as follows:

• Data gathering of basic information as a preparation for project estimates such as plans and actual measurements.
• Preparation of roofing layout through the use of ACAD or conventional drafting based on plans provided by the selling group.
• Preparation of cost computation for materials and labor.
• Preparation of cutting list, bent details, and other accessories as required.
• Provide technical assistance to walk-in/in-house/prospective customers.
• Update actual measurements of the project in the field.
• Proper maintenance of files.
• Assists in performing actual measurements for projects in the field that need cost estimates and technical assistance.
• Preparation of necessary reports as may be required.
• Coordinates with installers for measurement and clarifications.
• Provides estimation services for PU and PEBS projects and other related functions as may be required.
• Conduct plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and do Safety Observations.
• Supports and demonstrates ownership of health and safety in their own area of responsibility.
• Performs other related tasks as may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be residing within Pangasinan.
• College Graduate of Engineering/Architecture or vocational course on Industrial Technology in Architecture Drafting Technology.
• Six (6) to Twelve (12) months relevant experience is an advantage
• Experience in construction/related jobs or relevant experience is an advantage
• Can use CAD for estimates, computer savvy, can do on-site inspections and actual measurements, can read floor plans.
