Job Summary
Responsible for driving product sales, maintaining effective distribution across assigned accounts, and ensuring optimal inventory management. He/She will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners while maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring consistent product availability.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve volume targets across assigned accounts
- Actively sell company products to existing and potential retail partners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Present product benefits and value propositions to decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements with retail partners
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales volume objectives
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
- Conduct regular account visits to assess needs and opportunities
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain consistent product availability and prevent stock-outs
- Monitor and maintain distribution standards for each product SKU per store
- Implement planograms and merchandising standards as directed
- Ensure compliance with retail partner requirements and company standards
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations to optimize stock availability
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely product replenishment
- Implement effective inventory rotation practices to minimize expired products
- Display and arrange products according to company merchandising guidelines
- Ensure proper stock presentation and visual appeal at retail locations
- Track and report inventory movement and turnover rates
- Gather comprehensive sales data, market intelligence, and competitive information
- Monitor sales performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market conditions
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Monitor and manage collection activities for assigned accounts
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate payment schedules
- Ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed terms
- Report collection issues and coordinate with finance team for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and payment status
- Support credit control activities and customer payment tracking
- Offer and promote new products to existing and potential customers
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives at retail level
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage
- Support product launches and promotional events as required
- Gather customer feedback on new and existing products
- Coordinate with marketing team to optimize promotional effectiveness
