Job Description:

  • Provides customer service at the terminal and treat our passenger with utmost courtesy at all times.
  • Ensures systematic flow of passengers during boarding disembarkation in accordance to the standard policies and procedure.
  • Implement Batch Boarding Procedure.
  • Strict Implementation of "No Ticket, No Boarding Policy"
  • Ensure proper boarding of passengers using the scan and shoot facility for accurate manifesting.
  • Ensure 100% ticket scanning and passenger image capture.
  • Rescanning boarding/vessel copy tickets.
  • Properly communicate to passenger the set guidelines for porterage and excess baggage.
  • Monitor loading of baggage handled by porters at shipside.
  • Compliance to approved manning schedule.
  • Timely submission of required reports.
  • Compliance to housekeeping standards.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities.
