The Stockman is responsible for the custody, safekeeping, and accurate accounting of inventory. This includes overseeing the proper handling, storage, and movement of inventory items to ensure availability, quality, and accuracy.

Job Scopes:

• Ensures accurate receiving, labeling, and documentation of inventory items.
• Safeguard all stock items and maintain a secure and organized storage area.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages to management.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and compliance.
• Support preparation and production teams by providing required stock items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory control systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of stock areas according to company and safety standards.
• Report damaged, expired, or unusable items and coordinate proper disposal.

Job Qualifications:

• At least a college-level education or a Senior High School graduate.
• With a minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehousing, commissary operations, or storekeeping
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas)
• Knowledgeable in navigating SAP or similar inventory systems (an advantage)
• Physically fit
• Open for deployment in Antipolo, Quezon City, Manila, or South area locations
