Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking Data Scrubbers to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of client records by reviewing, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms.

• Review incoming lead data from web, SMS, and email campaigns to ensure it is complete, accurate, and properly formatted.
• Identify and remove duplicates, incomplete entries, and leads that don't match targeting requirements.
• Verify and update contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and zip codes.
• Tag and categorize leads based on given criteria to support prioritization and outreach strategies.
• Keep clear records of scrubbing decisions and maintain audit logs for compliance.
• Work closely with appointment setters to provide clean and ready-to-use lead lists each day.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to suggest improvements that boost overall data quality.

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, data cleaning, or CRM/database management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors or duplicates.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
