Job Overview: Ecommerce Supervisor

An Ecommerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's ecommerce platforms to ensure efficient processes, accurate product representation, and a smooth customer experience. This role supports the execution of online sales strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily ecommerce activities including product uploads, inventory updates, order processing, and customer service coordination.
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor online store performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in implementing SEO and digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales.
  • Liaise with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other marketplaces.
  • Ensure proper alignment of stock levels between warehouse systems and online platforms.
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager in developing and refining ecommerce strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, or Magento.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
