Job Summary: The ICT Department Head is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational execution of all ICT services, including infrastructure support, helpdesk operations, software development, and data governance. The role ensures the reliable delivery of ICT solutions and services, supervises departmental staff and projects, and implements strategic directives from the ICTG Director at the operational level.

Education: Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any allied course.

Work Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in ICT-related leadership roles.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • ICT operations management and service delivery
  • Project execution and team coordination - Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with software development tools and QA practices -
  • Asset and vendor management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective team leadership and task delegation
