We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented 3D Blender Graphic Artist to support our creative and production teams. This role is ideal for someone with intermediate-level Blender skills, a strong grasp of 3D asset management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You'll be responsible for converting, optimizing, and maintaining 3D models across multiple formats while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in every deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert 3D models across various file formats; troubleshoot and resolve compatibility issues.
  • Apply consistent file naming conventions and organize 3D assets for streamlined use.
  • Create, edit, and apply textures and materials to 3D models using Blender.
  • Manage asset uploads to digital asset management platforms, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with senior artists and cross-functional teams on creative deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks of 3D assets before and after uploading.
  • Add metadata, tags, and labels for improved searchability and organization within asset libraries.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Blender 3D in a professional or production setting.
  • Proficient in texturing, applying materials, and exporting models using Blender.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing client expectations with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms or web-based asset tools.
  • Experience in asset upload procedures, metadata tagging, or file version control.
  • Background in 3D environments for eCommerce, architecture, gaming, or virtual staging is a plus.
