Summary:

As an Operation In Charge, he will supervise CY, Pier /Port Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directs the activities and has the responsibility for subordinates in CY, Port/Pier and Warehouse. Supervise CY, Port /Pier and Warehouse operations.
  • Responsible in ensuring proper handling of incoming and outgoing products and containers through receiving docks , CY and warehouse.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining departmental and individual goals and performance measures.
  • Responsible in ensuring the preparation of all necessary paperwork and coordination of required activities needed to meet clients needs and company requirements.

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years experience in Logistics, warehousing and delivery operations.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with subordinates to establish direction, authority and responsibility.
  • Computer literate. Proficient in basic Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
