As a key member of the Treasury and Investments team, this role involves strategic insights, advanced financial modeling, and mentoring team members to ensure quality and consistency across business units.

Financial Reporting and AnalysisOversee the preparation and review of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Conduct advanced financial analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions. Present findings to senior management with clear recommendations.Valuation and Investment AnalysisDevelop financial models and perform valuations for expansions, M&A, and strategic projects.

Lead investment analyses and provide insights to guide decisions. Evaluate investment outcomes through post-mortem analyses. Capital Budgeting and Strategic PlanningManage the 10-Year Warchest planning, aligning with organizational strategy.

Collaborate with teams to validate forecasts and coordinate planning. Advise on capital allocation to optimize portfolio performance. Other Tasks/AnalysisSupport Treasury and Risk teams with data collection and analysis.

Assist in scenario planning and maintain organized financial records. Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership. Leadership and MentorshipGuide and mentor team members, fostering excellence.

Ensure high standards and promote skill development. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with executives and teams to align financial insights with strategic initiatives. Provide financial advice for high-impact decisions.

Contribute to organizational strategy discussions. QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering. MBA preferred.

Experience:At least 7 years in investment banking, transaction advisory, or deal advisory roles with significant M&A involvement. Proven leadership in complex financial analyses and strategic initiatives. Strong project management, analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
