Position Title:  Account Manager

Job Summary:

Acts a central point person and is responsible for the over-all relationship management with traditional trust clients Responsible for the volume & income targets for traditional trust businessResponsible for the evaluation & onboarding of new traditional trust clientsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotasForecast and track key account metrics an prepare reports on account statusEnsures adherence of the account management activities to the terms of the contract, internal bank policies and regulatory standardsCollaborate with bank sales partners to identify and grow opportunitiesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Role Exposure:

Become well-versed in the trust banking industryUnderstand how trust products work and how this can help clientsDiscover future opportunities in Financial Markets Sector and Trust Banking Group

Qualifications:

With at least three years of relevant work experience in trust banking and account managementStrong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's products and servicesEffective communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, competitive environmentCandidates with TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Salesmen certifications are highly preferred
