Qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino Citizen
• Minimum of High School graduate
• At least 2 years voice experience in proficient bilingual Spanish support
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in Collections is highly preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work on Shifting Schedules, Weekends / Holidays
• Can start immediately
• Must be willing to work on-site
