Job description

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, and BMS
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare operational status reports
  • Identify issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Review and understand equipment manuals, BMS, and fire/life safety systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Operate and maintain electrical equipment safely and efficiently
  • Provide support for after-hours operations and emergency maintenance activities

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a vocational course or technical short program related to facilities or engineering
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in facilities maintenance
  • Skilled in operating Genset, HVAC, and Compressed Dry Air (CDA) systems, including ATS
  • Knowledgeable in handling Compressors, MVSG, LVSG, Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, and FCU
  • Able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams
  • Capable of following verbal and written technical instructions

Training Required:

  • Facility Equipment Trouble Shooting
