Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist with strong expertise in designing and developing training programs for CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce. The successful candidate will have a proven background in creating high-quality training modules—including leadership and non-frontline content—using modern instructional design techniques.

This role focuses on building engaging, simulation-based, and platform-driven learning experiences, as well as delivering impactful virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT). Creativity, technical proficiency, and instructional innovation are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy training programs for Salesforce and other CRM platforms

Build professional-level training modules, including leadership and non-frontline programs

Create engaging virtual ILT sessions using advanced instructional strategies

Develop platform-based simulations and interactive learning experiences

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and align learning solutions with business objectives

Update training materials to reflect system enhancements or process changes

Track training effectiveness and continuously iterate on content and delivery methods

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years developing Salesforce/CRM learning content

Experience creating leadership training content (required)

BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Proven experience designing CRM-focused learning materials, especially for Salesforce

Advanced proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline (non-negotiable)

Strong instructional design capabilities with demonstrated success in professional training development

Experience delivering vILT using creative, interactive techniques

Skilled in building platform-based simulations and interactive modules

Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote-working skills

Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in enhancing learning programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing leadership or specialized non-frontline training

Knowledge of adult learning principles and LMS platforms

Experience measuring learning outcomes and improving training effectiveness
