Job Requirements.

Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience related to the job
Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Must be a Licensed Architect
Must have experience in a construction set-up.
Experience as an estimating and quantity surveyor using Planswift.
Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO projects
Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
Experience in Schedule Management.
The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
Must be willing to work in Boracay Aklan

Job Description.

Understanding and experience in the plan review process.
Understanding and experience in the Construction and Fit-out Project.
Excellent knowledge and skills in architecture and construction.
Adept understanding and experience working with Facade projects and Interior Fit-out.
Strong experience in High-Rise renovation and commercial projects.
Proven experience in procurement and vendor sourcing.
Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
Experience in exterior and interior fit-out works.
Highly Focused on Construction over Design.
