Food Records Inc. (FRI) is the backbone of a growing group of food and beverage (F&B) concepts — from specialty coffee shops like Mabuhay Craft Coffee, to modern street food brands like Binondo Boys, Tost (our in-house bakery), and more on the way.

As the central commissary, FRI supports all our outlets by handling kitchen operations, logistics, and staffing. It's the backbone and "mothership" of our growing F&B brands — with a dedicated team working behind the scenes to deliver exceptional food every day.

JOB TITLE: Stockman

LOCATION: Food Records Inc. Commissary - Scout Rallos, Quezon City with possible deployment to concept stores around Quezon City

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Stockman at Food Records Inc., you play a vital role in keeping our commissary fully supported and operational. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, overseeing stock flow, and ensuring all dispatch and receiving processes are completed efficiently and according to standards. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Storage Management

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store supplies, ingredients, and materials.

Commissary Dispatch & Receiving

• Prepare, check, and dispatch orders accurately based on daily production and outlet requirements.
• Verify dispatch slips, delivery reports, and return reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with drivers and commissary staff to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
• Ensure all dispatch and receiving activities follow company SOPs and safety standards.

Documentation & Operations Support

• Record all incoming and outgoing stocks using required logs and forms.
• Update digital and physical documentation in line with operations procedures.
• Support the Operations team in daily commissary workflows and service requirements.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in all storage and dispatch areas.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Organize storage areas to maximize space, safety, and accessibility.
• Coordinate closely with the Purchaser for restocking needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehousing, stock handling, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or documentation systems.
• Physical stamina for lifting, moving stocks, and long periods of standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in a commissary, kitchen production, or food service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse tools/equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
