Accounting Specialist with Audit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the related field
  • Experienced in performing accounting and financial activities
  • Experienced in financial statements and audit background
  • Knowledge of business finance and accounting principles and methods
  • Proficiency in MS NAV, SAP is Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Responsible for maintaining the company's general ledger and related accounting practices, including receivables, payables and month-end accounting reporting
  • Monitor effective reconciliation of all data and reports
  • Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax or mail
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Reconciliation of all bank statements
  • Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments and customers
