Key Responsibilities:
1.
Support Executive Operations
- Review daily journals and monitor Executive-issued IRs to ensure proper documentation and issue tracking.
2.
Assist in Executive Reporting
- Draft report sections (e.g., AARs, BOSS), update trackers, and manage filing systems under the SEA's guidance.
3.
Coordinate Communications and Meetings
- Prepare documents and logs for CEO-led meetings; relay directives and updates to departments.
4.
Monitor Departmental Submissions
- Track compliance of weekly reports from departments and flag inconsistencies for review.
5.
Execute Special Tasks
- Handle ad hoc assignments from the CEO/SEA and participate in continuous training in executive office protocols.
Reports Expected:
1.
Daily Journal Review
: Summary of all reviewed journal entries submitted by departments, with flagged issues or highlights.
2.
Daily Executive IR Monitoring Sheet
: Updated monitoring sheet of all Executive-issued IRs with timelines, status, and resolution.
3.
Report Drafts and Documentation Support
: Drafted segments or complete versions of reports assigned by the CEO/SEA (AARs, BOSS, matrices, etc.) on a weekly basis.
4.
Meeting Prep Checklist & Logs
: Pre-meeting prep documentation, attendance checks, and post-meeting follow-up logs.
5.
Special Task Completion Logs
: Documentation and evidence of special task execution or delegated assignments.
6.
Filing and Document Audit Report
: Summary of documents maintained, filed, or updated electronically
