Busser (Seasonal)

Summary of the Role:

The Seasonal Busser supports the dining team during peak seasons by ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and properly set for incoming guests. They help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to provide guests with a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests leave.
• Wipe down and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Assist servers by delivering water, condiments, utensils, and other dining essentials.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, service stations, and trash areas.
• Refill water and beverages when needed, as directed by servers.
• Ensure timely turnover of tables during busy hours.
• Support the front-of-house team with additional tasks, such as arranging chairs, organizing menus, or assisting with guest seating.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and carry trays or dining items.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned at stores in the following locations: Pampanga, Baguio, Clark, Malolos, SM La Union, Nuvali, Bacoor, Sta. Rosa, Tagaytay, Vermosa, North Edsa, Trinoma, Grand Central, Feliz, Greenhills, Antipolo, Manila Bay, Aura, MOA, North Towers
