Key Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up machines before starting operations (calibration, cleaning, and adjustments).
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments when necessary.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machine issues.
  • Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors or technicians.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
  • Record production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.

Qualifications / Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is an advantage.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to read technical instructions.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate weight.
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards.
