About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reports Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions and performance improvement. You will work with large datasets, ensure data accuracy, and present clear, concise reports to both internal stakeholders and clients. This role is essential in driving informed decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Create clear and comprehensive reports, including Attendance & Reliability Reports, Scorecards, and other performance metrics.
  • Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop customized reports tailored to client or organizational requirements.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain databases for data availability and accuracy.
  • Present findings and insights to clients or stakeholders in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and report templates.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and SQL (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
