We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. The Gas Station Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our gas station, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise gas station attendants, including training, and scheduling.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
  • Handle employee issues, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit timekeeping reports in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Willing to assign in Las Pinas or Cavite Area

Work Arrangement:

Monday to Saturday
