As a Reservations Agent, We Rely On You To

• Attend to telephone enquires and follow up on guests' requests/inquiries on Rooms / F&B reservations and promotions
• Promotes Rooms / F&B promotions to guests and encourages membership
• Other duties as assigned

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Pleasant voice, clear and good telephone etiquette
• Customer-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Experience in hotel, reservations, F&B, or customer call center has an added advantage
