 The Opportunity

Are you a systems-minded operator who loves bringing order to chaos and thrives in highly organized environments? We're looking for a Finance Officer (client-facing) to join our fast-growing Finance and Operations team, someone who can keep our financial processes humming with precision and ease.

Your mission? Execute the administrative side of our financial workflows, maintain accurate records, and keep day-to-day operations on track so our finance leads can focus on high-level strategy. Your Mission
  • Daily Finance Operations : Manage finance admin tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation
  • Billing & Payments Coordinator : Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking
  • Financial Records Keeper : Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Airtable, or other financial tools
  • Budget Tracker : Track and update project budgets, vendor payments, and internal spend
  • Accuracy Partner : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing and reporting accuracy
  • Summary Preparer : Prepare recurring finance summaries and reports for leadership
  • Workflow Optimizer : Assist in refining finance workflows, templates, and internal documentation
  • Vendor Liaison : Communicate with vendors and clients regarding finance-related inquiries
Who You Are
  • Experienced Operator : 2+ years in finance admin, operations coordination, or project management
  • Finance-Savvy : Understands bookkeeping and finance documentation basics
  • Ultra-Organized : Known for time management and handling multiple details at once
  • Detail-Oriented : Strong accuracy in all things data
  • Tech-Comfortable : Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Clear Communicator : Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-Starter : Can work independently in a remote setup
