We are seeking detail-oriented and professional Trade Surveillance Compliance Associates to join the client's growing monitoring team. You will play a vital role in maintaining market integrity, ensuring adherence to trading policies, and handling sensitive communications with traders with clarity and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with traders flagged for trading rule violations, providing clear explanations of company policies.
• Review trade reports, order logs, and activity summaries to identify potential irregularities and explain findings to customers.
• Draft formal communications, such as emails and notifications, following internal templates and tone guidelines.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting response and documentation timelines.
• Escalate complex or repeated violations to senior team members for review.
• Contribute to internal process improvements to reduce false positives and enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish
   (mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional composure.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of interpreting complex trade data.
• Able to handle sensitive and escalated situations objectively and respectfully.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adhering to strict timelines.
