JOB DESCRIPTION:

A SITE ENGINEER is involved in overseeing the technical aspects of a construction project on-site, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They supervise construction, manage budgets, coordinate with teams, and ensure safety and quality control.

  • On-site Supervision: Site Engineers oversee the daily work at the construction site, making sure things are progressing as planned.
  • Technical Guidance: They provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team, ensuring work adheres to designs and specifications.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: They help manage the project's budget and schedule, ensuring it stays on track and within financial limits.
  • Quality and Safety Control: Site Engineers are responsible for maintaining quality control and ensuring the project meets safety standards.
  • Coordination and Communication: They act as a liaison between different parties, including subcontractors, suppliers, and the client, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Documentation: They keep detailed records of the project's progress, including reports, logs, and other documentation.
  • Problem Solving: They identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction, ensuring the project stays on track.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Willing to relocate on different areas of Luzon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
