About the role

Nan Tian Group Ltd., Inc.' is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team in Metro Manila. As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the mechanical systems that support our Food & Beverage and Hospitality operations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, refrigeration, and other mechanical equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and other mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment used in mechanical maintenance
  • Experience with multimeters, pressure gauges, welding equipment, and diagnostic software
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
  • Valid HVAC certification or refrigeration technician licence preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in confined spaces
