Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand initiatives. The role involves planning and executing effective marketing programs, managing digital and traditional platforms, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead the marketing team, and ensure that all campaigns align with company goals and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of solid experience in marketing, brand management, or related field
• Proven experience in leading campaigns, promotions, and marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Leadership ability with experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret market trends and data
• Proficiency in marketing software/tools (CRM, analytics, content management, etc.)
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines
• With valid driver's license is a plus
• Willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
