Learning Specialist (Fresh Grad)

About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Specialist to provide support to our internal operations and international partners. This role will help with documentation, streamline operations, improve communication, and ensure smooth day-to-today operations.This role is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a real-world business environment. In this role, you will have the chance to engage in various learning experiences across different areas of the business, supporting projects and gaining insights that will contribute to your career growth.

You'll be supported in building new skills and expanding your understanding of key business functions. What you'll be working on:

  • Documents and Records Management

  • Preparing, organizing and retrieving documents in both paper and digital formats
  • Providing office management support

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings

  • Data entry and ensuring their accuracy

  • Maintain positive, professional communication across all channels

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Great communication skills both verbal and written

  • Time management and multitasking skills

  • Computer Literate

  • Basic knowledge in software tools such as MS Suite and Google Workspace
