Responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations (CI) to verify information and assess the financial status of clients or borrowers.
• Perform field collection activities, including house-to-house visits to collect payments, deliver demand letters, and negotiate settlement or payment arrangements with clients/borrowers .
• Collaborate with office-based collectors, supervisors, and telecollectors to coordinate collections and follow-up on delinquent accounts .
• Conduct skip tracing and locate clients who are difficult to contact, gathering updated addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or social media contacts .
• Accurately document client interactions, collection attempts, and agreements using logbooks, field reports, or collection software .
• Monitor overdue accounts, resolve financial discrepancies, and escalate legal issues when necessary.
