Job Description:

Learning & Development

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate company trainings and workshops.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events.
• Support the Learning and Development team in creating training materials.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.
• Provide administrative support for all Learning and Development activities.

Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Manage and update employee records (201 files) for newly hired employees.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks.
• Provide administrative support for all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

5. Previous experience in HR is a plus.
