Warehouseman/Timekeeper with COSH

Job Description:

• Achieve high levels of work satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring construction materials
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and his team performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area on project site
• Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy (pull out, MR etc)
• Communicate job expectations with his supervisors
• Interface with all Technical Engineering personnel on site to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to Main warehouse
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work
• Assist the Logistics and Warehouse Dept Supervisor in inspection/monitoring, scheduling and dispatching all heavy equipments

Job Qualifications:

• Proven 3 year work experience as a Warehouseman in a construction industry
• MUST also have COSH certificates
• Highly effective warehousing skills and techniques
• Knowledge of 6S warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations to the Engineering team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good moral character and INTEGRITY
• Certificate holder, or similar

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
