Jr IT Specialist

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Information Technology or equivalent;
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills;
• Candidate should have acquired computer hardware and basic software knowledge;
• Candidate must have skills in computer hardware repair, setup, and configurations;
• Candidate must have appropriate problem solving and decision-making skills in computer hardware repair, set up and configurations;
• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or any other related field,
• With at least 1-2 years experience in IT technical support role or acquired hands-on OJT from recognize technical institution is an advantage;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Description:

• Maintains, install, configures operating systems, security software and other in-house or 3rd party managed applications;
• Maintains, install, configures, computer hardware and peripherals, network infrastructure;
• Troubleshoot common computer hardware and software issues;
• Plan and implements immediate design and repair preventive solutions for IT related issues;
• Monitors the status of server and endpoint security and network infrastructure applications;
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP Networking;
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange server;
• Write technical documentations on the setup, configurations and changes of the infrastructures being managed.

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
