Information Technology Staff

• Provide first-level technical support to hospital staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, servers) and software applications
• Maintain and monitor local area network (LAN), internet connections, and server performance.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security and recovery measures are in place.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and network security protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system updates and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track usage and condition of devices.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and data privacy laws.
• Participate in IT system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Provide training and documentation to staff on new systems or tools.
