Assistant Store Manager

What you'll be doing

1.    Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store performance

2.    Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, optimize inventory levels, and control costs

3.    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including cash management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and procedures

4.    Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies

5.    Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration among store associates

6.    Collaborate with regional and district managers to ensure the store's alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.

What we're looking for

1.    At least 1 year assistant managerial work experience in retail store, boutique, restaurant or quick service industry.

2.    Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

3.    Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive shopping experience.

4.    Proficient in data analysis and financial management, with the ability to interpret sales reports and make informed business decisions.

5.    Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

6.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and senior management.

7.    Open for relocation with company staff house provided.
