Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support at departmental or divisional levelDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email
  • Maintain files and records
  • Use business software applications such as word processing, presentation and spreadsheet to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes
