Responsible for cleaning and maintaining vehicles to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Assists in other shop tasks when needed, including basic upkeep of tools and workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Cleaning

• Perform exterior washing (pre-rinse, shampoo, rinse, drying).

• Conduct interior cleaning (vacuum, wipe down surfaces, apply protectants as instructed).

• Clean wheels, tires, and apply tire dressing if required.

• Check for missed spots and ensure vehicles meet shop quality standards.

1. Detailing Assistance (if applicable)

• Assist in basic detailing tasks like waxing, polishing, or vacuuming under supervision.

• Handle cleaning chemicals properly as instructed.

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers politely and professionally.

• Receive instructions or specific cleaning requests from customers or supervisors.

1. Maintenance of Tools and Work Area

• Keep wash bays, equipment, and tools clean and organized.

• Report defective equipment or supply shortages.

1. Other Duties

• Follow safety procedures and proper waste disposal.

• Assist in shop-related tasks such as moving cars, helping co-workers, or light repairs if needed.
