BIM Modeler

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated BIM Modeler who is proficient in using BIM software tools and can communicate effectively in Japanese (at least JLPT N3 level). The ideal candidate will support project coordination, model creation, and technical documentation for various infrastructure and building projects, while also facilitating communication with Japanese clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate model output.
• Prepare shop drawings, clash detection reports, and construction documents.
• Support Japanese-speaking clients and project managers by translating project requirements and updates.
• Attend meetings (online or onsite) with Japanese stakeholders and provide interpretation/translation when necessary.
• Ensure all BIM documentation adheres to company and project-specific standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
• Japanese language skills: JLPT N3 or higher (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese company.
• Knowledge of Japanese construction documentation or standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other BIM execution protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
