Responsibilities:

  • To assist, oversee, and control the operations of the entire Food Court group in the areas of daily operations, sales, merchandise and stock administration, tenant and customer relations, as well as various administrative functions pertaining to operations in order to enhance the contribution of Food Court to the Mall, which support overall business goals and adhering to the policies of the Company as well as the laws, rules and regulations of the country.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field and capacity (Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service).
  • Knowledgeable in Tenant Relations, Marketing, various functions in operations and administrations including adequate knowledge in property and food services management
