Pharmacist

About the role

Bayanilife Inc.' is seeking an experienced and passionate Pharmacist to join our team in Dagupan City Pangasinan. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication counseling, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products to patients, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Provide medication counseling to patients, educating them on proper use, side effects, and potential drug interactions
• Monitor patient medication regimens and recommend changes or adjustments to healthcare providers as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medication dispensed, in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
• Assist in the management and supervision of pharmacy technicians and interns

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• A valid Pharmacist license in the Philippines
• At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a clinical or retail setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to make informed decisions regarding medication management
• Proficient in using pharmacy software and computer systems
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
