QAQC Architecture

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC):Develop and implement QA procedures and policies for architectural projects. Review architectural designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet quality standards. Conduct design reviews and audits to confirm compliance with regulatory standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure design quality and standards are upheld throughout the project. Monitor and inspect construction materials and methods to ensure they align with architectural requirements. Conduct on-site inspections and audits of construction processes.

Identify and resolve design or construction defects and issues. Review testing and inspection results and ensure they meet the specified standards. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assessments.

Generate quality reports and provide feedback to the project team regarding deficiencies or concerns. Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up to date and accessible. Collaboration:Work closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are being met.

Provide guidance and training to team members on quality management best practices.
