We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Company Nurse to manage workplace health services and ensure full compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Occupational Safety and Health Standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees
  • Monitor and record employees' health status, work-related illnesses, and injuries
  • Maintain and update medical records, incident reports, and health documentation

  • Assist in the implementation of DOLE OSH programs, including:

  • Occupational health surveillance

  • Emergency preparedness and response
  • Workplace safety and health monitoring
  • Coordinate with Safety Officer, HR, and Management on health-related concerns
  • Conduct health education, wellness programs, and medical briefings
  • Ensure proper maintenance of clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment
  • Assist during company medical examinations and vaccination programs
  • Report and document occupational accidents and illnesses in compliance with DOLE requirements

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed) – required
  • With at least 1 year experience as Company Nurse or OH Nurse (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE OSH Standards, Occupational Health Programs, and Basic Life Support
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential medical information
  • Willing to work on-site and flexible with schedule if needed
