YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

As a Level 1 IT Support Engineer, you'll provide front-line support to our clients, resolving basic technical issues and escalating complex ones.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on incident progress, planned changes, and agreed outages.
  • Provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications and operating systems.
  • Deliver basic network-level support, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security solutions.
  • Implement and support basic remote access solutions (VPN, Terminal Services).
  • Monitor Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) alerts and respond through service tickets.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Coordinator to route requests to the appropriate resources efficiently.
  • Escalate service requests that require engineer-level support.
  • Follow ticketing system processes to ensure proper tracking and resolution of issues.
  • Accurately complete timesheets in a timely manner.

YOUR TECHNICAL PROFILE

  • 2+ years of Active Directory experience: user/computer account management, password resets, access permissions, and group management.
  • Proficient in O365 Administration: creating shared mailboxes and distribution lists, managing licenses, and performing message tracing.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 desktops.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve WAN/LAN network issues.
  • Practical experience in PC hardware repairs is a plus.
  • Experience in deploying and migrating users to new PCs.
  • Experience using ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible to work night shifts.
  • Willing to work onsite at the Alabang office (night shift).
