Warehouse Keeper

• Inbound Management:

核对入库信息,确保账实一致;Verify inbound product data to ensure inventory records match physical stock.安排产品上架,优化仓储空间使用;Arrange shelving of products and optimize warehouse space utilization.2.成品出库管理 / Outbound Management:根据出货指令安排拣货、复核、出库;Arrange picking, checking, and outbound shipping according to delivery instructions.管理出库单据,确保流程顺畅、准确;Manage outbound documents and ensure smooth and accurate operations.3.出货计划调度 / Shipment Planning & Scheduling:制定每日/每周装柜出货计划,统筹调度资源;Develop daily/weekly container shipment plans and coordinate internal resources.跟进装柜进度,确保按时发货;Monitor loading progress and ensure on-time deliveries.4.盘点计划执行 / Inventory Counting:实施周期性盘点与年终盘点,确保库存准确;Conduct periodic and annual stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.处理差异数据并协助改善库存管理流程。Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in inventory management improvements.5.现场EHS管理 / On-site EHS Management:执行并推广安全生产与环保健康相关规定;Enforce and promote safety, health, and environmental protection policies.协助识别与整改安全隐患。Assist in identifying and rectifying safety hazards.

• 立库系统操作 / AS/RS Operation:

操作自动化立体仓库系统,保障运行稳定;Operate AS/RS and ensure smooth functionality.协助系统维护与故障排查。Support system maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.Qualifications:1.中专及以上学历,物流或相关专业优先;Technical secondary school education or above; logistics or related majors preferred.2.有仓储管理或调度经验者优先;Prior experience in warehouse management or scheduling is preferred.3.熟练使用Excel及其他办公软件;Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.4.熟悉WMS(仓库管理系统)者优先;Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.5.懂中文,能用中文作为日常工作语言Proficient in Chinese; able to use Chinese as the working language6.工作细致认真,具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作意识。Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
