  • Setting up and arranging product displays according to company standards to attract customers.
  • Ensuring products are properly faced and rotated to prevent expired or damaged items.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure shelves are adequately stocked and replenished.
  • Identifying and reporting stockouts or overstocking issues to the relevant teams.
  • Sales Promotion:
  • Promoting products by highlighting their features and benefits to store staff and customers.
  • Assisting with promotional activities and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Store Visits:
  • Traveling to and visiting various assigned retail locations within a defined route or area.
  • Reporting:
  • Conducting regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Providing feedback on in-store conditions, competitor activities, and inventory levels.
  • Store Collaboration:
  • Coordinating with store staff to implement display and program initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel between multiple store locations.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Flexibility and a proactive, "can-do" attitude are often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
