  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • No experience required. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to be assigned in the Head Office and work on branches of SM Supermarket if needed
  • Amenable to work on a flexible working hours
