Join Our Team as a Rebar Engineer

SIGMABEAR specializes in advanced rebar Methods & Detailing for complex

construction projects worldwide. We are looking for a Rebar Engineer to plan, provide

engineering, supervise, review, and ensure the quality of our rebar activity.

Your Role:

  • Supervise rebar engineering teams to ensure production targets and quality

    standards are met

  • Review and perform quality assurance (QA) on rebar shop drawings for

    accuracy, compliance with design, and constructability

  • Provide guidance and technical support to detailers and modelers

  • Coordinate with structural engineers and project managers to resolve rebar

    detailing issues efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
  • Experience in rebar detailing, shop drawing preparation, or structural design
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing standards and practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D Rebar software is a plus
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support a team
